Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes, we accept returns within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unused and in original condition. Exceptions may apply to certain brands.
Q. Is The Store wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are ADA compliant!
Q. What is the capacity for events?
A. We recommend 50, but we can work on layout and floorpans.
Q. Is there parking for events?
A. We have dedicated spots for our store, as well as a back loading area with open spots, and the complex itself is generally closed quite early, allowing for many open parking spots for night events!
Q. What is the rental fee?
A. The rental fee may vary on the type of event you have and what day of the week you hold your event. Please reach out to us for proposal.
Q. Do you have an in-house caterer or list of preferred caterers?
A. Yes, we have a wonderful list of preferred partners that will be provided in your proposal.
Q. Do you allow smoking?
There is a strict no smoking policy inside The Grey Room. There is plenty of outdoor space for smoking.
If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available, and apply your deposit. The Grey Room is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstance and will use its judgement and handle each case as we see fit.
Q. Are there limitations on decorations?
Just one, nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate the reception hall to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. No nails, staples, tapes or glues that leave a sticky residue.
Q. Am I responsible for any of the cleaning?
All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed.
