The Grey Room Event Space & Temp. Pop-Up Studio


While our boutique is doing a pop-up store at Downtown Summerlin the next few months, we are opening our flagship shop as a photo studio to be rented out by the hour for photographers or anyone needing a space for photos. We have a variety of fabric backdrops, chairs and props that are all available for use, and natural lighting from floor to ceiling front windows. On the day of your booking, you will receive a code to use for the front door, please lock up when you leave !

Our larger space is available for birthday parties, bridal showers, meetings, or anything else that you can dream up. This space is ideal to host smaller events in the area, such as pop-ups, elopement dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, kids parties and workshops!

The Grey Room offers an Alexa to play music. Plenty of wall space and outlets to plug in computers, or tv/screen rental.

  • Includes use of in-house furniture to include (6) 6 ft. banquet tables, (5) 5ft. round tables, (50) white folding chairs, portable bar and standard white linen. Exclusive use of separate Catering room (The Pantry), and two restrooms.                                       

 Room Rental: This includes an additional 1 hour of set up and 1 hour of teardown at no additional cost. Additional time can be provided dependent on needs for set up and teardown. Employee will be present during setup.

$250.00 per hour- Monday-Friday

$300.00 per hour- Saturday and Sunday

+ $50.00 cleaning fee each event, per day.
+$50 staff fee for all events 

2 hour minimum

Multi day rental (2 day minimum, discount applied after 3 days) $900.00 per day

Multiple event bookings (3 event minimum, all booked at one time) $100.00 per hour weekday
$200.00 per hour weekend

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date/time Full payment/guarantees due 7 days prior

Add on Full-Service Grey Room Event Coordination $500

Includes up to 20 hours Pre-event of vendor procurement, sourcing, floorplans, detail planning, and up to 6 hours day of coordination at The Grey Room.

(Does not include décor, room rental, or any other fees.)
